2023 Grammy Nominations In Country Music Categories
The Grammy Awards have long been considered the highest honor in music. Recognizing the industry's biggest accomplishments of the past year, the Grammys celebrate artists from all over the spectrum. Critical announcements about the 2023 ceremony, including nominations, were released this morning.

The Recording Academy also revealed some 2023 performers, which included Dan + Shay. This legendary duo has won the prestigious trophy three times in previous years. While they have not received any nods this year, their latest record Good Things is still widely considered to be one of 2021's best new releases.
One major highlight includes Taylor Swift's return to the country music scene. The global superstar is currently re-recording her back catalogue, with Red (Taylor's Version) coming out last year. Shortly after the 1-year anniversary of the album's release, its record-breaking "vault" singles "All Too Well" (10 Minute Version) and "I Bet You Think About Me" celebrate Grammy nominations. The honor arrives on the same day as Swift's hectic presale for her Eras tour, during which the singer will perform newer hits as well as fan-favorites from her country days.
Within the country categories alone, Miranda Lambert leads this year's pack with four nominations, all with various projects from her recent album Palomino. Maren Morris' Humble Quest is also represented well. The sentimental, autobiographical lead single "Circles Around This Town" is honored in two categories, and the album in one. Recent CMA winner "Never Wanted To Be That Girl," by Carly Pearce & Ashley McBryde, is up for Best Duo/Group Performance. The phenomenal "HEARTFIRST" earned superstar Kelsea Ballerini a Best Solo Performance nod, adding another triumph to her successful SUBJECT TO CHANGE era.
We're so excited to see such phenomenal talent represented in country music for the Grammy Awards! With these amazing announcements, the Recording Academy has us even more pumped for the February 2023 ceremony.
