55th ACMs set to kick off September 16th with multiple performances

The 55th Academy of Country Music Awards are set to kick off at 7pm CST on September 16th, exclusively on CBS.

The night will feature performances by Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, Maren Morris, Old Dominion, Thomas Rhett, and Jon Pardi. There will also be performances by the previously announced winners of ACM New Male Artist of the Year and New Female Artist of the Year, Riley Green and Tenille Townes, respectively.

The awards show will be broadcast live from three different venues for the first time in history. Performances and announcements will take place at Ryman Auditorium, The Bluebird Cafe, and the Grand Ole Opry House.

The award show will be hosted by Keith Urban and available to stream live on CBS as well as CBS All Access.
