Alyssa Micaela Premeires New Single, "The Bar Guy," Off Of Autobiographical Debut Album

Rising star Alyssa Micaela is preparing to drop The Hard Way on April 28th, and we can hardly wait! However, as we anticipate the artist's debut album, she's blessed us with "The Bar Guy" this morning.

Micaela describes her sound as "classy, sassy, and a little smart-assy," an approach that ties all the tracks together on The Hard Way. "The Bar Guy" oozes with authentic storytelling, an innovative approach and refuses to be put in a box.

After her 2017 EP Cowboys Like That, as well as a few follow-ups, new music is finally arriving from Micaela. After a long journey of self-discovery, the now independent artist aims to chronicle her personal metamorphosis in The Hard Way.

Micaela is quickly climbing the ranks in the industry, well on her way to become the next big name in her genre. She's scored opening gigs with superstar Ashley McBryde and several collaborations with veteran songwriter Tori Tullier. Her approach and artistry contrasts from most other Texan country acts, putting a fresh edge on the traditional aspects of her genre.
