Blake Shelton Produces New Hallmark Christmas Movie. Learn How To Watch!
Blake Shelton is once again stepping into his producer's shoes for the latest Hallmark movie, "Time For Her To Come Home For Christmas," a heartfelt narrative centered around grief during the festive season.
Shenae Grimes-Beech portrays Carly, a woman grappling with the absence of her late mother amidst the typically joyous holiday atmosphere. Seeking solace from loneliness, she takes charge of a small-town church choir's Christmas program. Enter Chris Carmack's character, Matthew, an Army veteran returning home, potentially becoming Carly's unexpected source of comfort.
This installment marks the sixth in a series inspired by the book "Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas," authored by Dorothy Shackleford, the mother of country artist Blake Shelton. Shelton's original holiday track of the same name, featuring vocals by Shackleford from his 2012 album "Cheers, It’s Christmas," serves as the foundation for these interconnected tales.
Each movie breathes new life into Shelton's song, weaving diverse storylines that cleverly tie back to its origins. In addition, rising musician Grace Leer makes her acting debut in this film and contributes her original song "Star On Top Of The Tree."
For those eager to watch, the movie will air on the Hallmark channel on multiple dates throughout December, offering various opportunities to enjoy this holiday tale.
