Carly Pearce Hosts Annual CMA Christmas Special For Her Second Year

One of our favorite annual holiday traditions is almost upon us! For the second year in a row, Carly Pearce returns to host CMA Christmas. A star-studded lineup will help her ring in the season with all of our favorite seasonal tunes. Taped from Nashville’s Steel Mill, the special will air on December 8th at 9PM EST.

Led by Pearce, Old Dominion, and Scotty McCreery, a group of eight artists will cover a setlist of beloved holiday classics. As of right now, no one is set to debut original Christmas music at the event, indicating a change from previous years. CMA has confirmed the following performances:

Steven Curtis Chapman, "Precious Promises"

Dan + Shay, "Officially Christmas"

Scotty McCreery, "Holly Jolly Christmas"

Maren Morris, "Merry Christmas Baby"

Old Dominion, "What Christmas Means to Me”

Carly Pearce, "Man With the Bag"

Carly Pearce and Molly Tuttle, Bluegrass Medley

The War and Treaty, "O Holy Night"

Fans can catch the live December 8th broadcast on ABC, or stream it on Hulu or Disney+ the next day. With CMA Christmas quickly approaching in less than a month, we’re so excited to see the amazing performances. We can’t think of anyone better than Carly Pearce to help us welcome the best time of year!
