On Saturday night, April 12, 2025, the Resorts World Theatre roared with applause as the curtain fell on the final performance of REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency, Carrie Underwood’s sparkling, high-energy love letter to her fans, her music, and her nearly 20-year career. According to the press release, the eight-time GRAMMY® Award winner became not only the first-ever headliner at Resorts World Theatre back in 2021 but also claimed the title of the longest-running Las Vegas residency of any solo female country artist—an iconic milestone that’s as shimmering as the production itself.

“REFLECTION has truly been one of the standout moments of my performing career thus far,” said Underwood. “It is a production I am so very proud of and have had so much fun performing over the course of this residency these past 3+ years. I’ve loved being in Las Vegas where we’ve welcomed fans from all over the world who have come to see us. It’s been so special to reflect on the first 20 years of this career I am so grateful for, and have loved being on stage with my band and all the performers every night,” Underwood shared in her emotional farewell. And it's easy to see why. Over the course of 72 shows, more than 300,000 fans packed the showroom to experience a Vegas spectacle that married the grit of Nashville with the glitz of the Strip in signature Carrie style.

From a pyrotechnic-fueled entrance to a jaw-dropping, glitter-laced waterfall finale, REFLECTION didn’t just reflect on Carrie’s greatest hits—it reimagined them in spectacular, only-in-Vegas fashion. Highlights included a Cadillac-throne made from parts of a 1963 Coupe deVille for her showstopping “Two Black Cadillacs” performance, a full-on waterfall for “Something In The Water,” and a visual feast of mirrors, lights, and high-tech effects that quite literally mirrored her journey from American Idol to bona fide country queen.

Beyond the razzle-dazzle, Carrie’s residency also reflected her heart. According to the press release, $1 from every ticket sold benefitted Make-A-Wish America, resulting in a generous $236,844 donation presented to the organization on closing night. And in one of the evening’s most touching moments, Underwood reunited onstage with Noel Miller—a former Make-A-Wish child she first met in 2008—to sing “All-American Girl” together, showcasing the deep, personal connections Carrie has built through her music and philanthropy.

Since its sold-out debut in December 2021, REFLECTION quickly became a bucket-list experience for country fans and Vegas tourists alike. Carrie and her powerhouse 8-piece band, along with a team of dancers, aerialists, and even a virtual orchestra, turned the theatre into a country-meets-cosmopolitan dreamworld. Twenty of her biggest hits—from “Before He Cheats” to “Jesus, Take the Wheel”—came to life in jaw-dropping new ways that wowed both longtime fans and newcomers.

According to the press release, the stage was designed with intricate reflective elements and refractive lighting visuals that shimmered like a gemstone—fitting for a show that sparkled from start to finish. And of course, nothing quite matched the finale moment: Carrie, beneath her waterfall of glittering water (yes, glitter in the water), belting out

“Something In The Water” one last time as fans stood in awe.

As Underwood takes her final bow on the Vegas stage, her legacy lives on—not just in the record books, but in the hearts of the hundreds of thousands who witnessed a true superstar in her element. Carrie Underwood’s REFLECTION wasn’t just a residency. It was a revelation.

And if this was a reflection of her past 20 years, we can’t wait to see what she shines a light on next.
