As the year comes to a close, Billboard released their Country Update for 2023. The update breaks down all the country music data for the year.

According to the year end report Morgan Wallen’s One Thing At A Time tour was the top grossing country tour of the year. The sold out tour brought in a whopping $260,355,870 in touring revenue across 44 stops. Over 1.3 million people attended a Wallen show in 2023, coming out to an average of over 30,000 per show.

Another in demand tour with year was CMA winner Luke Combs. However, while we did have the highest attended tour, Combs comes in second with earnings coming in at $133,512,495, following his worldwide run! While they played nearly the same amount of dates, Wallen nearly doubled Comb's earnings. Yet, more country fans attended Combs' high octane show. The North Carolina native performed to over 1.4 million attendees even with two less shows than Mr. Wallen.

Other top tours of the year included Eric Church, Shania Twain and King George Strait! You can check out country music by the numbers in 2023 HERE!
