Ella Langley Leads the 2026 CMA Awards With Nine Nominations
Ella Langley has officially taken over the 60th CMA Awards.
The Country Music Association announced its 2026 nominees, and Ella leads all artists with an impressive nine nominations, including her first-ever nod for Entertainer of the Year.
It’s another major milestone in what has quickly become a career-defining year for the country star.
Ella is nominated for:
Entertainer of the Year
Female Vocalist of the Year
Album of the Year — Dandelion
Single of the Year — “Be Her”
Single of the Year — “Choosin’ Texas”
Song of the Year — “Be Her”
Song of the Year — “Choosin’ Texas”
Musical Event of the Year — “I Can’t Love You Anymore” with Morgan Wallen
Music Video of the Year — “Choosin’ Texas”
Her nominations span performance, songwriting, album work, collaboration and music video.
Her First Entertainer of the Year Nomination
Ella will compete against Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson for Entertainer of the Year.
It marks a major milestone for the rising country star, putting her alongside some of the genre’s biggest names in one of the CMA Awards’ biggest categories.
“Be Her” and “Choosin’ Texas” Lead the Way
Two of Ella’s biggest songs make up much of her CMA presence this year.
“Be Her” is nominated for both Single of the Year and Song of the Year, while “Choosin’ Texas” earns nominations in both categories as well as Music Video of the Year.
Ella also co-directed the “Choosin’ Texas” music video alongside Caylee Robillard and Wales Toney.
Ella’s Work Behind the Scenes
Her recognition goes beyond her performances.
Ella helped produce “Be Her” and “Choosin’ Texas” alongside Miranda Lambert and Ben West, while also contributing to the production of Dandelion.
She is also nominated for Musical Event of the Year alongside Morgan Wallen for “I Can’t Love You Anymore.”
A Major Career Milestone
With nine new nominations, Ella’s career CMA nomination total now stands at 16.
From her first Entertainer of the Year nomination to nods across Female Vocalist, Album, Single, Song, Musical Event and Music Video of the Year, Ella is represented throughout some of the CMA Awards’ biggest categories.
And heading into the 60th annual ceremony, Ella is leading the nominations.
The 60th CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, with next-day streaming available on Hulu.
