The melody is stunning and country to the bone. Most of all, the lyrics spoke to how I had been feeling for years in Nashville. I was searching for people who still believed in the country music I wanted to make. If that’s not enough to make this song so special, Ricky Skaggs and Vince Gill sang on this song and took it over the top. Every time I hear it I have to pinch myself because it’s my country music dream come true to hear their voices on my record.
