Hunter Brothers Celebrate Unity and Evolution with Their New EP 'All Kinds of Country'

The Hunter Brothers are back, and this time, they’re flying the flag for every kind of country. With their new EP All Kinds of Country, the Saskatchewan-born quintet doubles down on what’s made them one of the most dynamic sibling acts in modern country music: powerhouse harmonies, storytelling that sticks, and a willingness to color outside the lines.

The project builds on the momentum of their recent feel-good hits “Homegrown Night” and “Better Days,” and it’s led by the title track “All Kinds of Country,” a swaggering collaboration with genre-bending artist Lathan Warlick. Together, they craft an anthem that celebrates belonging, diversity, and connection, not just in country music, but in life. It’s a musical handshake across the genre’s many branches, blending heartland grit with a modern edge.

"What you hear on this record is very much rooted in who we are, but also explores some different directions we haven’t fully leaned into before,” shares Ty Hunter of the new project. “These songs are meant to lift your spirits and keep your day moving forward.”

Recorded in Nashville during a burst of creative energy, the six-track collection captures a band at a pivotal moment, still grounded in small-town authenticity, but unafraid to evolve. From the rollicking fiddle of “Keep On Truckin’” to the shimmering optimism of “Better Days” (featuring rising star Shantaia), every track builds on the brothers’ trademark blend of classic country charm and contemporary polish.

Then there’s “Golden Rules,” a song that feels like it could’ve rolled straight off a front porch jam session, honest, easygoing, and brimming with wisdom passed down through the generations. Meanwhile, their cover of “I Want You Back” leans into the group’s pop sensibilities, pairing heartfelt lyrics with irresistible hooks that prove country’s emotional core transcends sound.

But perhaps the truest reflection of where Hunter Brothers stand today comes through in the spirit of All Kinds of Country itself. It’s a love letter to inclusivity, an acknowledgment that country music, like the brothers themselves, thrives when it welcomes every kind of story, sound, and soul.

With All Kinds of Country, Hunter Brothers remind fans that the genre isn’t just one lane wide, it’s a highway full of heart, harmony, and a whole lot of soul.
