Country music fans, we have good news for you and bad news for your bank accounts. This morning, the genre's newest star Ingrid Andress took to Instagram to announce new tour dates! The Good Person Tour, supporting her second studio album of the same name, runs from February to May of next year. It includes shows in the United States and Europe.
Presale begins this coming Wednesday at 9 a.m. CST, with the general sale beginning Friday at 10 a.m. local time. Fans can subscribe to Andress' newsletter to gain access to presale, and visit the singer's website for general sale. Opening acts include Carter Faith, Madeline Edwards, and Nick Wilson.
Andress has just finished opening for Keith Urban on his Speed Of Now tour, as well as for Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks on Halloween. She recently celebrated her Sam Hunt collaboration "Wishful Drinking" reaching #1. This song, as well as groundbreaking tracks like "Lady Like" and "More Hearts Than Mine," have put her on the map. Nominated for Grammy, ACM, and CMA awards among others, Andress continues to solidify her status as country music's next legendary trailblazer.
Andress indicated that the music on this tour will be "insanity," and we have a feeling she'll prove us right. The phenomenal singer truly knows how to shine in her shows, sharing her infectious energy and genuine love of performing with audiences. We absolutely cannot wait for next year, when we'll get to witness this magic!
