Get ready for a night of country music magic. The Country Music Association and ABC have announced that CMA Fest presented by SoFi will air Thursday, June 26, at 8/7c on ABC, with streaming available the following day on Hulu. The three-hour primetime concert special will be filmed during the 52nd CMA Fest in downtown Nashville, taking place June 5 through June 8.

This year’s televised celebration will be hosted by Cody Johnson and Ashley McBryde, two of country music’s most compelling voices and storytellers. McBryde returns for her second consecutive year as host, bringing her sharp wit and undeniable stage presence. Johnson, a fan favorite and fiery live performer, will make his hosting debut.
The televised special promises an electrifying mix of performances and jaw-dropping collaborations from some of the genre’s biggest stars. While the full lineup remains under wraps for now, fans can expect the kind of once-in-a-lifetime moments that have come to define the CMA Fest brand.
“CMA Fest presented by SoFi” is produced by the Country Music Association, with longtime visionary Robert Deaton serving as executive producer and writer, and Alan Carter directing. This will mark the 22nd straight year the CMA has brought the excitement of its iconic festival to living rooms across the country with a primetime network special.
What began as Fan Fair in 1972 with just 5,000 attendees has blossomed into a global phenomenon. Now known as CMA Fest, the four-day event draws approximately 90,000 fans each day to the heart of Music City. But it’s more than just a festival, it’s a celebration of the artist-fan connection that defines country music. Artists donate their time to perform, and proceeds go directly toward supporting music education through the CMA Foundation.
With Cody Johnson’s southern grit and Ashley McBryde’s fearless charm steering the ship, and a lineup sure to raise the roof on Broadway, this year’s CMA Fest presented by SoFi promises to be one of the most memorable yet.
Stay tuned for the full performance lineup in the coming weeks, and mark your calendars. June 26 is shaping up to be country music’s biggest night of the summer.
