Married couple and country music duo from Little Rock, Arkansas, are excited to Cliff and Susan encapsulate the simple nuances of small town living in “A Natural State.” Written by Arkansans Cliff Prowse and “The Voice” Season 17 alumni Cory Jackson (Team Blake), the song is a tribute to growing up in rural areas and celebrates the simple joys and beauty of small town life.


The humble track stories all the things that make country living special. From a flat bottom boats to Dixie cups, the couple rattles off their memories of home. The dynamic intrumention adds to the tenderness of the track. Full of acoustic guitar and the perfect dash of fiddle the couple invites listeners into their world lyric by lyric.





“A Natural State” is from Cliff & Susan’s debut album, “Fiddle & Keys,” which has already garnered over 100,000 streams on Spotify and hit the US iTunes Country Albums Top 40 upon its release
