We wish that Alan Jackson could be our Grandfather. This week, the country legend took to social media to share that he would be a Grandfather once again. Jackson and wife Denise were all smiles when they shared the news that another baby boy would be joining the crew. Mattie Jackson Smith, The singer's oldest daughter, is expecting a baby this June.

"Blessings are overflowing in our growing family!" Jackson said in the caption of his post. "Denise and I are thrilled for our second grandson to arrive in June! We're so happy for proud parents Mattie and Connor Smith and can't wait to meet the next addition to our family."

Fans and fellow singers poured into the comments offering well wishes and congratulations. Mattie also took to her own social media to share her excitement

“I feel like I said so many times last year that 2023 topped the charts with more joy and celebration and and redemption than any yet. Well, I have a feeling 2024 may give it a run for it’s money,” Mattie wrote. “We are absolutely thrilled to share BABY BOY SMITH coming this June!!! 💙 🥹 👶🏻 🤰🏻 💙"
