Opening Day of The 2023 New York State Fair one to remember. Country music superstar Lainey Wilson brought her "Country With A Flair" attitude to New York in record setting style! Fans from all over the state flocked to Syracuse for a chance to sing along with the award winner, and man did they show up!

Last night dawning a signature red get up, Wilson broke the New York State Fair’s all time concert attendance record, drawing in more than 53,200 audience members - the previous record was held by rapper Nelly with an estimated 43,000 people in attendance. The decorated star graced the stage and captivated the crowd with a melody of boot-stomping hits including “Watermelon Moonshine,” “Things a Man Oughta Know” and “Heart Like a Truck.”

It has been quite the week for the Louisiana native! Earlier this week, Wilson’s single, Watermelon Moonshine off her Bell Bottom Country album peaked at the No.9 spot on Country music radio this week. The record jumped three spots, this makes the track her fastest growing single and the fastest growing single by a solo female artist in 5 years, the last being “Cry Pretty” by Carrie Underwood in 2018. Not to mention her one of a kind collab with denim powerhouse Wrangler is now available.

Lainey's attitude, grace and talent is connecting with fans all over the country and the world. Long live Bell Bottom Country!
