Luke Combs is "Going, Going, Gone" to the Charts

Some things in life are meant to fly, and “Going, Going, Gone” is one of them.

Yesterday, Luke Combs announced that this fan-favorite song - the closing track on his most recent album Growin’ Up - will be his next to impact country radio. It will be the third single from this album, following “The Kind of Love We Make,” which was released in June and went on to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

Whether “Going, Going, Gone” will continue Combs’ successful track record of singles on country radio has yet to be seen, but one thing is certain: the emotional country ballad has certainly made an impact on the public. After Combs’ announcement, fans took to Twitter to voice their excitement for the single release. Several even said that the track is their favorite song on the album.
