In an age where the fast-paced chaos of modern life often drowns out the softer whispers of faith and tradition, country music veteran Richard Lynch is offering something much more grounded: inspiration, sincerity, and soul. On Friday, April 18th, Lynch released his newest album, Pray on the Radio: Songs of Inspiration, a 12-track journey through redemption, gratitude, and spiritual resilience.
The album, released via Fence Row/MTS Records, is a deeply personal collection that stays true to Lynch’s roots—both musically and morally. Known for his unwavering commitment to traditional country and his heartfelt patriotism, Lynch uses this new project as a vessel for something even deeper: his relationship with God and the values that have defined his life and career.
“This isn’t just another album,” Lynch shares. “It’s a message. A reminder that even in our darkest times, there’s a light waiting to be found.”
That message resounds through standout tracks like the moving title cut “Pray on the Radio,” and the hopeful “He’ll Make Everything Alright,” both of which have already resonated with fans on Christian and country charts. “God and Country” is a new anthem for those who feel caught between a love for the land they call home and a longing for divine direction. Each track is an earnest reflection of Lynch’s guiding principles—faith, family, and the enduring strength of the American spirit.
The timing of the album’s release feels just as intentional as the music itself. Dropping on Good Friday, Pray on the Radio is a spiritual salve for those seeking connection and comfort during the Easter season. Fans won’t have to wait long to celebrate in person either. A special CD release party is set for Friday, April 26th at the Lynch family's Keepin’ It Country Farm in Waynesville, Ohio—a fitting setting for an artist whose life and music are so tightly intertwined.
With more than three decades in the industry, Lynch’s career has seen multiple #1 iTunes hits, New Music Weekly chart-toppers, and accolades from Christian Music Weekly. He’s a member of both the Ohio Country Music Hall of Fame and the Independent Country Music Hall of Fame. Yet, even with such accomplishments, Lynch continues to honor the classic traditions of Merle Haggard, George Strait, and Waylon Jennings, carving his own lane with humility and heart.
Outside the studio and away from the spotlight, Lynch is a devoted husband to his wife Donna and a tireless supporter of American veterans. Through the Love Tattoo Foundation—an organization he co-founded—he’s helped raise funds and awareness for those who’ve served. His annual benefit concerts are more than performances; they’re community gatherings steeped in gratitude and grace.
“Pray on the Radio: Songs of Inspiration is more than an album—it’s a testimony, a tribute, and a reminder of the values that hold us together,” says Michael Stover of MTS Management Group. And in today’s world, that reminder feels more important than ever.
