Scotty McCreery Introduces Baby Boy To Fans At Recent Show

American Idol alum and new dad Scotty McCreery is now blending fatherhood and country music!

McCreery and his wife, Gabi, welcomed their first child, Merrick Avery McCreery, in October of 2002. With his Damn Strait tour in full swing and new dates with Brooks & Dunn announced, fans wondered if baby would also be hitting the road!

Well it seems fans have their answer! At Scotty recent Knoxville show, fans got quite the fun surprise!

"Highlight of last night's show in Knoxville for me was bringing Avery out on stage and introducing him to the crowd," Scotty said on social media! McCreery was singing his version of John Michael Montgomery's "Be My Baby Tonight" when he left the stage during the musical interlude to bring Avery out and finish the song, singing "This is MY baby tonight!"

We love seeing Scotty embracing his new role! We can't see what is next!
