Scotty McCreery's Baby Avery Is Officially On The Road With Him

Scotty McCreery is officially making touring a family affair!

McCreery and his wife, Gabi, welcomed their first child, Merrick Avery McCreery, in October of 2002. With his Damn Strait tour in full swing and new dates with Brooks & Dunn announced, fans wondered if baby would also be hitting the road!

At Scotty recent Knoxville show, fans got quite the fun surprise when baby Avery came on stage! Now, Scotty's wife Gabi is sharing some sweet family moments from the road.

“Next to his mother, he is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen,” said a jubilant McCreery. “We have been waiting and preparing all year, and now we are so excited to have our little man here with us. We have begun a grand new adventure that will continue for the rest of our lives.”

The North Carolina native’s Same Truck: The Deluxe Album was released on November 18 in Vinyl, CD, and Digital formats with six additional new songs that weren’t on the original Same Truck album that came out last year. Two of the new bonus tracks from the album, “Nothin’ Right” and “Small Town Story,” are available for streaming now.
