Country music, bull riding, and outer space are colliding in one of the wildest live events of 2026.
PBR (Professional Bull Riders) and the United States Space Force are teaming up for PBR Space Cowboys Presented by the U.S. Space Force, a first-of-its-kind America 250 celebration happening June 20 at Falcon Stadium at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
And leading the soundtrack for the massive patriotic spectacle? None other than three-time Grammy Award winner Tim McGraw and multi-platinum country hitmaker Chris Janson.

The landmark event will combine elite team bull riding, live country music, military tributes, motocross action, and futuristic space-themed activations into one unforgettable summer experience.
“This event celebrates that shared spirit – honoring American pride, spotlighting the technology that keeps our nation secure, and delivering an unforgettable night of patriotic entertainment,” said PBR CEO and Commissioner Sean Gleason.
The night’s main event will feature 30 of the world’s top bull riders split into three teams representing different U.S. Space Force operational units. Riders will go head-to-head against some of the rankest bulls in the sport during high-stakes, eight-second matchups inside Falcon Stadium.
To make it happen, PBR will reportedly bring in nearly four million pounds of dirt to transform the football stadium into a world-class bull riding arena.
Because apparently “go big or go home” applies to space cowboys too.
The event is also packed with over-the-top patriotic entertainment, including military flyovers, parachute landings directly into the arena, surprise tributes honoring service members, and a massive drone show designed to light up the Colorado sky in true Space Force fashion.
Fans can also expect a family-friendly activation zone beginning at 1 p.m., complete with interactive exhibits, live entertainment, and motocross legend Jeremy McGrath headlining Monster Energy’s activation.
And in one of the coolest crossovers country music and rodeo have ever seen, the 2026 PBR World Championship belt buckle is literally heading to space.
Launching May 3 aboard a LEAP Space rocket through U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command, the buckle will become the first-ever PBR championship buckle to travel beyond Earth’s atmosphere before eventually being awarded to the 2026 PBR World Champion.
The launch will also officially kick off the Space Force’s new “Letters to Space” campaign, encouraging Americans to submit personal messages that will travel into space aboard future rocket missions.
One thing’s for sure, this may be the only place on Earth where you can watch Tim McGraw sing, bulls fly out of the chutes, fighter jets soar overhead, and a championship belt buckle return from outer space… all in the same night.
