Vincent Mason Sets Debut Album 'There I Go' for November Release, Drops New Single “Days Are Numbered”

Country music’s newest road warrior is stepping into the spotlight with his first full-length record. Rising singer-songwriter Vincent Mason has officially announced his debut album, There I Go, arriving November 17 via Interscope/MCA Nashville/Music Soup. To mark the milestone, Mason has dropped his brand-new single, “Days Are Numbered," a raw, road-tough anthem that captures both the grind and the glory of chasing a dream.

Written by Mason alongside Chase McDaniel, Jessie Jo Dillon, and Geoff Warburton, “Days Are Numbered” rides a laid back road worn tempo and six-string grit. With its sunrise-to-sunset urgency, the track chronicles the double-edged sword of living life out of a suitcase, burning for the stage while balancing the weight of what’s left behind.

“Another 80 miles south of a nowhere town / Prolly crash and burn, just ain’t sure when / But we sold 1,000 tickets, better turn it up to 10,” he belts, capturing both the chaos and thrill of life on the road. The chorus drives the message home with a weary truth: “Wouldn’t trade this life for nothin’ or another / But my nights are long and my days are numbered.”

"‘Days Are Numbered’ captures the two sides of the album and the tension that lies in between," Mason shared of the new track. "There’s the kid in me that wants to stay home, and the side of me that can’t get enough of being out on the road playing shows. I thank God every day that I have the life that I do, and I wouldn’t trade it. ‘There I Go’ is the through line that captures all the moments of my life since it changed last year.”

If “Hell is a Dance Floor” introduced Mason as a bold new voice in country, “Days Are Numbered” is the proof he’s here for the long haul. It’s a song that feels worn in like a favorite leather jacket, familiar yet urgent, road-weary yet full of fire. And if the single is any indication, There I Go isn’t just a debut album. It’s a manifesto. With November 17 circled on the calendar, Mason’s countdown has officially begun. But if “Days Are Numbered” is any sign, he’s about to make every single one count.
