Leave it to the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year to play Santa this year. It comes as no surprise that tickets to Wilson's 2024 Country's Cool Again was on top of many Christmas lists this year. The heartwarming visit all started when Chelsea Rae Gwin posted a video of her daughter Sophia opening tickets to see her favorite bell bottom queen. The sweet moment has now gone viral, and for good reason.

The video, that now has over 8 million views, caught the attention of Lainey. In a sweet duet of the video, Lainey watched the video with a massive grin.

“I’ve watched it a million times. You’re about to make me cry…

Girl, come on. I’m going to be seeing you in Huntsville, and we’re gonna make it a night. You’re gonna come backstage. I love you, and I can’t wait to meet you girl. We’re gonna make a thing of it. Wear your bell bottoms, wear your hat, I’ll see you there.”

Lainey, who has made a point to use her platform for good, stayed true to her promise, and made it a Christmas to remember for young Sophie. In the viral video, Sophie meets Lainey out on the back porch surrounded by family, and instantly bursts into tears!

“This has just made my Christmas girl. I’m so glad I got to come see you. You’re so sweet. I’m telling you I watched that video a million times, I’m not even playing," Lainey told Sophie as they shared a hug. The two also exchanged Christmas gifts, where Lainey outfitted Sophie in style!

Needless to say, it was a holiday to remember for all.
