Benjamin Tod is stepping into 2026 with a new chapter, a new band, and his most ambitious tour yet!
Fresh off a prolific run with both his solo work and the beloved Lost Dog Street Band, the Nashville singer-songwriter has officially announced Benjamin Tod & The Inline Six, a honky tonk–leaning new project that will take him across the United States from April through October 2026.
The timing couldn’t feel more poetic: the news arrives just as Tod and his wife—and Lost Dog fiddle player—Ashley Mae prepare to welcome their first child. A new family chapter. A new touring era. A new band. It's all happening at once for Benjamin Tod.

A Coast-to-Coast Run With First-Ever Double-Headers
The tour kicks off April 16th in Fayetteville, Arkansas, before rolling through nearly every major market in the country. From Texas honky tonks to West Coast theaters, mountain-town ballrooms, and Northeast icons, The Inline Six are gearing up for a coast-to-coast marathon.
Among the most notable milestones of the run? Three double-header stops, a first for Tod. They include:
Revolution Hall in Portland, OR — July 24 & 25
Higher Ground Ballroom in South Burlington, VT — October 8 & 9
The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC — October 23 & 24
The tour wraps October 25th in Knoxville, closing out a six-month live stretch that proves Tod is far from slowing down—fatherhood or not.

A Creative Hot Streak Continues
Even as tour planning ramps up, Tod hasn’t taken his foot off the gas creatively. Throughout late 2025, he’s been steadily rolling out new music. You have to check out:
“My Pride” and the stripped-back “My Pride (Alone)”
A/B side collaborations with Matt Heckler: “Kentucky Coal” and “Cry You A River”
A gritty, standout cover of Waylon Jennings’s “Outlaw Shit” featuring Shooter Jennings
With more music expected in the coming months, The Inline Six era appears to be more than just a tour—it’s shaping up to be a full-blown reinvention.

More About Benjamin Tod
For the uninitiated, Benjamin Tod is the voice and songwriter behind Lost Dog Street Band, one of the most respected names in modern Americana. His 2024 solo album Shooting Star—released on Thirty Tigers—earned praise from Billboard, NPR, American Songwriter, Whiskey Riff, and Saving Country Music, praised for its introspection, grit, and nods to classic honky tonk. Tod is now forging a new lane—and The Inline Six looks like the vehicle built to take him there.

The Bottom Line
Between a new baby, a new band, and one of the most extensive tours of 2026, Benjamin Tod is gearing up for a year of transformation. If the recent singles are any indication, this next chapter will be louder, more road-worn, and more honest than ever.
And fans across the country are about to witness it firsthand.
