FEMcountry Successfully Launches First Nashville Showcase During CMA Fest

The spirit of girlhood and power-vocals took center stage Thursday night as Leslie Fram’s FEMcountry made its long-awaited Nashville debut with a star-studded showcase at City Winery, packing the venue with a crowd that blended industry tastemakers and die-hard country fans into one mesmerized audience.
The lineup featured a dynamic mix of established hitmakers and fast-rising voices including Abbey Cone, Angie K, Brittney Spencer, Caylee Hammack, Striking Matches, and Rita Wilson — each bringing a distinct style and undeniable presence to the stage. The night was more than a showcase; it was a statement.

Fram, long regarded as one of country music’s most influential advocates for women, is building more than a showcase — she’s laying the foundation for a platform, a community, and perhaps even a revolution. With FEMcountry, the message is clear: the future of country music includes more women at the mic — and we’re all better for it.
This inaugural Nashville show follows FEMcountry’s successful soft launches earlier this year at Reynolds Lake Oconee in Georgia and Live In The Vineyard Goes Country in Napa Valley—events that quietly tested the waters and hinted at the bold movement to come. Now with its official Music City introduction, FEMcountry is firmly planting its boots in the ground.
