Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean Set to Make History “Between the Hedges” with Sanford Stadium Return

It’s been more than a decade since country music rattled the hedges of Sanford Stadium, but come April 25, 2026, Georgia will once again hear its own sons roar back home. Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean, two of country music’s biggest powerhouses and proud Georgia natives are teaming up to headline a history-making night at the University of Georgia’s legendary stadium.

The announcement dropped in true Southern fashion: live from Athens, on SEC Nation, just hours before the Bulldogs take on Alabama. As fans in red and black buzzed with anticipation for the gridiron clash, Bryan and Aldean joined the broadcast to deliver the news themselves. The reveal wasn’t just a concert announcement, it was a homecoming, one steeped in Georgia pride and country grit.

For longtime fans, the show carries a sense of déjà vu. Back in 2013, Aldean’s Night Train Tour made history as the first and only concert ever staged at Sanford Stadium. Sharing the stage that night? None other than Luke Bryan, then on the rise and now a five-time Entertainer of the Year. Thirteen years later, the pair will return to Dooley Field, not just as performers, but as hometown heroes commanding one of the South’s most iconic venues.

The inaugural “Live Between the Hedges” Concert Series, presented by Pruitt Health, will be more than just a Bryan-and-Aldean double bill. The lineup packs a punch with current ACM nominee Zach Top, Platinum-selling songstress and Georgia native Lauren Alaina, and the party-starting duo of DJ Rock and Dee Jay Silver. It’s a mix that promises to turn Sanford Stadium into the loudest Saturday night Athens has seen outside of football season.

Tickets go on sale Friday, October 3, at 10 a.m. local time, with presales for both artists’ fan clubs kicking off Monday, September 29. Fans can snag seats at LukeBryan.com, JasonAldean.com, or GeorgiaDogs.com.

For Bryan and Aldean, this isn’t just another tour stop. It’s a full-circle moment—two friends, two Georgia boys, taking the field where legends are made and turning it into the stage of a lifetime. Come April, the hedges won’t just be watching football history, they’ll be shaking to the sound of country anthems echoing across Athens.
