Morgan Wallen Turns the Dial on a New Era with His Own SiriusXM Channel. To Celebrate With Nashville Show

Morgan Wallen has spent the last few years dominating charts, stadiums, and streaming platforms. Now, the East Tennessee native is claiming a new corner of the country music universe, the radio dial itself.

On April 7, SiriusXM will launch Morgan Wallen Radio, an exclusive 24/7 channel curated by the 19-time Billboard Music Award winner. Broadcasting on channel 64 and the SiriusXM app, the year-round station promises to offer fans something deeper than a typical playlist: a window into the music, influences, and stories that shape one of country music’s most defining voices.

And like any proper Wallen moment, the debut won’t arrive quietly.

Before the channel officially hits the airwaves, Wallen will take the stage for a rare intimate performance at The Pinnacle in Nashville on April 2, an up-close show designed to celebrate the launch. The performance, a far cry from the roaring stadiums Wallen is preparing to headline on his upcoming Still The Problem tour, will later serve as the kickoff broadcast when Morgan Wallen Radio officially launches at 5:00 p.m. ET on April 7.

For a superstar accustomed to playing for tens of thousands, the stripped-down setting feels intentional, a reminder that even the biggest artists in the genre still understand the magic of a small room and a captivated audience.

But the concert is only the opening chapter.

A Channel Inside Wallen’s World

Unlike traditional artist-branded channels that simply spin hits, Morgan Wallen Radio will be personally curated by Wallen himself, offering listeners a mix of his chart-topping catalog alongside the music that fuels his creativity, some of which may surprise fans.

“Listeners can expect to hear a lot of things that I listen to on a day-to-day basis, which is probably a lot different than what most people expect,” Wallen shared. “I will be personally curating the music so they will get a glimpse into my world. I’m excited for everyone to hear it.”

That glimpse will stretch far beyond the hits that turned Wallen into a stadium-selling powerhouse. The channel promises exclusive commentary, behind-the-scenes stories, and personal reflections from the singer-songwriter, including the untold moments behind the songs and the artists who influenced him along the way.

Listeners will also hear from the people who make up Wallen’s orbit, both onstage and off, adding a layer of personality that traditional radio rarely captures.

Programming That Goes Beyond Country

True to Wallen’s genre-blending instincts, the channel’s programming reflects the wide-ranging sounds that have shaped his career.

Among the featured segments:

  • Still The Problem Tour Segments – A behind-the-scenes look at Wallen’s upcoming stadium run, complete with rehearsal stories, setlist insights, and appearances from his band and opening acts.

  • 808 to 865 – A Saturday night program where Wallen spins his favorite hip-hop tracks and influences, nodding to the musical DNA that has subtly colored his sound.

  • One Track At A Time – A discovery-driven segment where Wallen highlights new music and recent finds exclusively for listeners.

In other words, Morgan Wallen Radio won’t just be a retrospective, it will be a living, breathing soundtrack to the artist’s present moment.

A Rare Chance for Fans

SiriusXM is also opening the experience beyond its subscriber base. From April 7 through May 6, Morgan Wallen Radio will be available free in all SiriusXM-equipped vehicles, allowing even non-subscribers to tune in.

For fans hoping to witness the launch celebration firsthand, SiriusXM is offering a chance to win tickets to the Nashville performance at The Pinnacle, along with VIP travel packages for those outside the area.

The show will mark one of the smallest venues Wallen has played in years, transforming a stadium-level performer back into a room-sized storyteller for one night.

It’s a format SiriusXM has embraced before, hosting similarly intimate performances from artists like Chris Stapleton, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, and Metallica, but Wallen’s entry into that tradition carries its own weight. Few country artists currently command the cultural gravity he does.

And now, with his own station broadcasting 24 hours a day, Morgan Wallen isn’t just part of the conversation anymore.

He’s helping program it.
