PHOTOS: Come Behind The Curtain At Miranda Lambert's Las Vegas Show 'Velvet Rodeo'
Country music superstar Miranda Lambert celebrates her love of the genre in her high octane Las Vegas Residency, "Velvet Rodeo".
Let's get one thing clear, Miranda Lambert is an entertainer, and beyond that she is a lover of all things country, from the clothes to the music. Before the show started we got an exclusive peek behind the curtain thanks to Miranda and her cowgirl forward clothing brand Idyllwind.

Miranda says Idyllwind is built for the everyday girl who is also a badass! A brand based on loving who you are - being who you are - being comfortable in your skin - and celebrating that at whatever age or size. The stylish brand is built around comfortable, soft, affordable, great fitting clothes and boots. Idyllwind creates the emotion and sentiment of going out in the world and being brave.
To honor those values, Miranda invited some of the cowgirls from Las Vegas' National Finals Rodeo and western fashion influencers to celebrate before her show. As a special treat, Miranda even surprised everyone with a one of a kind soundcheck experience. Check it out right here:
Just before the show, the Bakkt Theater lounge inside Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, was full of cowboy hats, fringe, and fans ready to sing along with their favorite Texan cowgirl. The incredible stage brought the fans in as the lights went down and Miranda's pair of pistols and angel wings appeared.
Through the nearly 90 minute show, Miranda was in her element. Opening up the show with her sass anthem "Actin' Up," Lambert set the tone for the show. Fans were on their feet as the first chords to her classic breakout hit "Kerosene" played. Other standout moments of the night included the touching "Bluebird", and the tear jerking "House That Built Me".
