With a focus on integrity, tenacity, and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry’s ever-shifting landscape, Evolvance PR positions itself as a go-to partner for talent, executives, and creatives looking to sharpen their message and amplify their reach.

“I’ve been blessed to work alongside exceptional talent and visionary executives as they’ve pursued and achieved their lifelong dreams,” shares Paul, Evolvance PR’s Founder and President. “Whether it’s building something from the ground up, catching a rocket mid-ascent, or revitalizing a strong foundation, I’m passionate about developing stories and amplifying voices. I’m excited to step into this next chapter and support my partners as they grow in this ever-evolving industry.”

Paul brings a powerhouse resume to her latest venture. As Director of Communications at Big Machine Label Group, she spearheaded media strategy for the label and its publishing arm, Big Machine Music, guiding the narrative for GRAMMY, ACM, and CMA-winning artists such as Carly Pearce, who has emerged as one of country’s leading women under Paul’s media direction. Her fingerprints are also on the rise of Conner Smith, a chart-topping, ACM-nominated singer-songwriter, and she’s contributed to high-profile campaigns for Thomas Rhett, Lady A, Brantley Gilbert, Rascal Flatts, Brian Kelley, and Jennifer Nettles.

Paul’s efforts extended beyond the stage and into the writer’s room, orchestrating the publicity launches for GRAMMY Songwriter of the Year nominees Laura Veltz (2023) and Jessie Jo Dillon (2024/2025), the latter of whom took home ACM Songwriter of the Year in 2024. She also introduced new voices like Tiera Kennedy, Josh Phillips, Danielle Bradbery, Greylan James, and Avenue Beat, whose viral anthem “F2020” was named The New York Times’ Best Song of 2020.

In addition to her robust work in music, Paul’s career has spanned sports, film, television, live events, and philanthropy, with notable stops at the Academy of Country Music, the Detroit Pistons, and Allied Global Marketing. A proud Central Michigan University alumna, she was recognized in MusicRow’s 2023 ‘Next Big Thing’ directory and has served as a mentor for GRAMMY U, reflecting her commitment to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders.

As Evolvance PR opens its doors, Paul is poised to continue her legacy of elevating artists, executives, and brands with sharp instincts and a deep respect for storytelling.
