Nashville-based firm VNTG PR is officially turning the page with a bold new identity: Sotis Entertainment Group. The rebrand marks a major evolution for the company, expanding beyond its roots in public relations to become a full-service artist development powerhouse.

Headquartered in the creative hub of Berry Hill, Sotis Entertainment Group is positioning itself at the forefront of modern music strategy—where artist branding, streaming growth, touring, and digital engagement intersect. With a client roster generating hundreds of millions of streams, booking hundreds of shows annually, and delivering consistently viral social moments, the agency is doubling down on its mission: building sustainable careers both onstage and online.
The company’s roster reads like a cross-section of country’s past, present, and future. Industry mainstays Chris Janson (“Buy Me A Boat,” “Good Vibes”), Terry McBride (Reba McEntire, George Strait), and legendary trio McBride & The Ride (“Sacred Ground,” “Can I Count On You”) share the spotlight with rising names like Trey Calloway, Makenzie Phipps, Will Wesley, Florian Fox, and Charlotte Morris—plus rock-leaning acts Parrotfish and The Thing With Feathers.

“We all come to Nashville to chase a dream, and often that dream evolves,” says founder Dominick Sotis. “When I graduated from Belmont, public relations and social media seemed like the obvious route—but this was in the middle of a pandemic, so flexibility was key to not just thrive, but survive. Now, I’m excited to usher in this new chapter for Sotis Entertainment Group and continue to evolve alongside the artists we serve.”
From PR Roots to Full-Service Strategy
What began in January 2020 as VNTG PR, a boutique firm with a focus on pop and rock, quickly expanded its footprint. The company broke ground with Nashville buzz band The Thing With Feathers and scored big working with international hitmakers Baha Men (“Who Let the Dogs Out”). Before long, country and Americana came calling. Soon, VNTG PR was working with legends like Johnny Lee, folk favorite Charlotte Morris, and breakout talent Makenzie Phipps.
That growth sparked a natural transition. Sotis shifted toward artist management and holistic development, helping to relaunch McBride & The Ride, take on national touring act The Boss Project (a Bruce Springsteen tribute), and partner with Chris Janson to create his official fan club, Janson Junkies. Along the way, the team built campaigns spanning streaming platforms, touring strategy, and high-impact social content.
The Sotis Entertainment Group Vision
Under its new banner, Sotis Entertainment Group now offers management, marketing, booking, digital strategy, and branding—all tailored to today’s fast-moving industry.
“Through management, digital marketing, public relations, and booking services, Sotis Entertainment Group prides itself on devising unique growth strategies in all facets of an artist's career,” Sotis explains. “We help create mutually beneficial relationships between our firm and its artists, where talent, work ethic, and character are always top priorities.”
With Nashville’s music ecosystem more competitive than ever, Sotis Entertainment Group aims to provide a one-stop shop for artist success, balancing traditional career milestones with innovative digital strategies.
