On any given night, the neon glow of Lower Broadway hums like a heartbeat. Dreams are poured as freely as whiskey, and every open doorway promises a stage. This summer, one of country music’s biggest modern stars is adding his own chapter to that electric strip.
Kane Brown is officially planting his flag in downtown Nashville with the opening of Kane Brown’s On Broadway, a four-story bar, restaurant and live music venue set to take over the historic building that once housed The Valentine. Partnering with Detroit-based Elia Group, Brown isn’t just opening another celebrity-branded honky-tonk, he’s crafting a full-circle love letter to the street that helped shape him.

“We’ve really taken our time developing the bar,” Brown shared in the press release. “We wanted to make it a place that stands apart from everything else on Lower Broadway. I wanted to build a place that I want to hang out at, my friends want to hang out at and will be an unforgettable experience for anyone who visits. Nights in Nashville are about to hit a little bit different.”
That promise feels personal.
Long before sold-out tours and chart-topping singles, Brown was a regular inside those same brick walls. Back when the building was home to The Valentine, he spent Saturdays cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and soaking in the raw, rowdy energy that defines Lower Broadway. It was a place where live music rang loud and possibility felt close enough to grab. Now, his name will crown the marquee.
The Main Floor: Where the Energy Ignites
Spanning 11,400 square feet across four levels, Kane Brown’s On Broadway starts with a jolt of electricity. The main floor centers around a full-scale live music stage framed by exposed brick and sleek steel-and-glass accents, a nod to Nashville’s industrial roots wrapped in modern polish.
The Mezzanine: A Front-Row View, Elevated
Above the chaos sits a mezzanine level offering prime views of the stage and dedicated bar service. It’s designed for fans who want to feel the pulse of the room without being swallowed by it, an elevated perch for private gatherings, milestone celebrations, or simply taking it all in from above.
The Third-Floor Lounge: Intimate and Immersive
The third floor shifts into something moodier and more refined. Wrapped in walnut paneling and accented with platinum records and curated portraits, the lounge pays tribute to Brown’s journey and the milestones that paved the way.
It’s a space built for bottle service, private parties and late-night conversations, the kind of room where community meets celebration.
The Rooftop: Broadway’s Day-to-Night Evolution
Crowning the venue is a rooftop built to capture Nashville’s full spectrum. By day, it’s sun-soaked brunch and frozen cocktails overlooking the skyline. By golden hour, it becomes a celebratory haven above the neon blur. And once night falls, DJs and live music carry the party skyward.
Lower Broadway has become a who’s who of country hitmakers staking their claim in brick and neon. But for Brown, this venture feels less like a business move and more like a homecoming. It’s rooted in memory, shaped by friendship, and fueled by the same restless ambition that once brought him through those doors as a hopeful artist.
This summer, when the doors swing open and the first chords echo off those familiar walls, it won’t just be another bar launch. It’ll be a reminder that on Lower Broadway, the distance between fan and headliner can be measured in just a few years and a whole lot of grit.
Nights in Nashville are about to hit different, indeed.
